October Board Meeting 2019
The annual UC Berkeley Foundation Board meeting took place on October 4, 2019 in Pauley Ballroom in the Martin Luther King, Jr. Student Union building. After a packed morning full of robust presentations and discussion groups, the Trustees heard from a panel of the University’s newest leaders, including Dean of the Graduate Division, Lisa García Bedolla; Executive Dean, Letters & Science, Janet Broughton; Dean of the School of Social Welfare, Linda Burton; and Dean of the School of Public Health, Michael Lu. After nearly 30 years of extraordinary service to Berkeley, Executive Vice President Irene Kim bid a fond farewell to the Trustees and the University.
